Refunds:
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. I
If a session cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our side, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
Transfers:
Gift cards are transferable: they can be gifted to another family or friend if not used.
Usage:
Redeemable for infant/paediatric massage consultations only, or to sponsor a family on our waitlist.
Not redeemable for cash or other services.
May be used for in-person or Zoom sessions.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
Minimum notice (e.g., 24–48 hours) required for rescheduling.
No-shows without reasonable explanation may forfeit the session.
In the event of a medical outbreak or similar public health restrictions, sessions may be rescheduled or adapted (e.g., via Zoom) .

Sessions can be rescheduled if the baby or parent is unwell at the time.
